Keeping a gratitude journal invigorates your life

I am an avid journaler, and one thing I always include in my daily journaling is a list of five things that I am grateful for.
I have learned some deeply valuable lessons through writing my simple daily prayers of gratitude.
Keeping a gratitude list helps you see even the smallest of blessings that enter your life every day.
It helps you to always keep your focus on the positive in your life, and through that you create space for your true self.
Expressing gratitude paves the way to the realisation of your life dreams, as hiding from them no longer stays an option 🙂
Even if you are not a journal keeper, you can write a daily gratitude list in a simple notebook. There are even gorgeous apps for it that send you reminders.
