Feeling lethargic? Drink more water.

I have binge-watched an excellent Netflix show called Down to Earth (highly recommended).

In that show, quite casually, Darin Olien mentions to Zac Efron that when you feel lethargic, you should drink more water.

He also said (and this might have also been on Instagram) that you should start your day with drinking water.

I feel lethargic quite often in the afternoon. So I decided to put this to the test.

And oh my gods.

This makes so much the difference!!!

The change is almost instantaneous. And the thing is, I usually drink on average 1,5 to 2 litres of tea every day, so I thought I wouldn’t be dehydrated. But there’s something with drinking water that truly makes an impact on my energy levels.

In an ideal world I would be completely dropping my tea habit for a new water all day every day habit, but that’s not very realistic given how much I love my teas 🙂

But I will definitely start a new habit of drinking at least a bottle of water in the mornings and in the afternoons.
