Bullet journaling

This afternoon I was working in my bullet journal. I wrote things down and checked things off that I had done.
When I added “write a blog post” to my list for today, I knew what I had to write about.
You see, keeping a bullet journal is a great source of stillness for me. Every time I have an idea or a need-to-do-this I grab my bullet journal and write it down.
It disappears out of my mind then but is always visible. I love checking off things and then at the end of the day see all I have done.
I will write more on my bullet journaling process in a later post.
I know, keeping a bullet journal isn’t like meditation by a long shot, but it does help me find stillness in my everyday life.
