Y is for Yes!

The A to Z challenge is almost done! I have written a lot about my journey to better self-care.

I have thought of ways I can make it even more impactful, and I came up with this: a yes list. This is a list that hopefully will grow a lot over the coming years.

A couple examples from my yes-list.

I say yes! to:

  • listening to my body
  • taking baths
  • great self-care
  • asking for help
  • letting go of fear
  • creating every day
