I don’t have a perfect, natural balance. Standing on one leg equals falling flat on my face 😊

Therefor I often skip doing balance yoga like the Tree pose.

I could see this as a failure, and let this influence my whole yoga practice, maybe even skip doing yoga just because one aspect of it is so difficult for me.

I choose to see it differently.

I accept that my body doesn’t like to stand on one leg. There are many other things that I can do, so I do those.
