Heart.

When I did my yoga teacher training, I had to do a lecture. I don’t know why I chose this topic, but it has hit home, and still does ever since.

To me, the only way to do yoga is from the heart.

When your heart is involved in doing yoga, you become softer, gentler, kinder towards yourself.

When you do yoga from the heart, you easily let go of all the thoughts that are weighing you down, so all that there is, is silence.

When you do yoga from your heart, and any movement for that matter, you move for the sole purpose of reconnecting with your spirit, your forever self.

And that in itself is a gift that keeps on giving.
