This morning I climbed on the mat. Sometimes that climb, a mere .5 cm raise off the floor, seems insurmountable.
Sometimes fear of that short climb stops me from doing anything and it keeps me from doing what my body needs the most.
In those moments, I know it’s up to me to conquer that fear.
And the best way to do that is to climb that .5 cm step and do my yoga.
Funny how that works 😉
