It isDec and on my former blog I started a new tradition that I want to continue this year: gratitude month.
Expressing gratitude is such a beautiful and life changing habit. To help you make this a habit over the coming month, I have made a new version of my gratitude journal. You can download it here
Every day write a list of things you are grateful for. It is easy to write the list when you think small. What small gestures from others can you think of to list? What have you experienced that makes you grateful to be alive?
As for the length of the list: I like to write 5, I love that number. Just pick a number that works for you.
